Code of Conduct for Masters Of Chaos (MoC)

Please read the following codes and make sure you understand and obey to each of these to maintain a fair space for people to come together and have fun.

BEHAVIOR

  • It is not mandated but, expected that if a member needs help, another member will help if he or she is available or in the mood to do so.
  • Any information shared by a guild member in confidence to a guild officer will remain confidential to other members. If the officer feels it is necessary to share the information with other officers it will be cleared with the member prior to sharing the said information.
  • If a MoC member dislikes the way he or she being treated, regardless of the assaulting player's intentions, the assaulting player is encouraged to discontinue his or her behavior immediately or face the risk of being removed from the guild altogether.
  • MoC accepts all real life needs and commitments. MoC will not put any member into a decision between real life success and the guild. Real life always comes first. However, if you lnow that you will be absent for a period of over a week, please inform any officer of your planned absence.
  • If a member decides to leave MoC, for whatever reason, the decision will be upheld and not questioned. However, as a courtesy, the parting member is encouraged to let the guild leader know the background of his or her decision via private message through our website. If ex-MoC member wants to return to the guild, his or her past kinship will be taken into consideration.


CONDUCT

  • MoC members will respect each other regardless of their position, rank, origin, nationality, age, gender, race, religious beliefs or creed.
  • MoC members must respect players from other guilds same way as MoC guild members.
  • No Racial, ethnic or religious slurs will be tolerated. We are a multi-cultural guild with people from various countries. Any GC member found to be indulging in such practices will lose the guild tag very quickly.
  • No MoC member will say anything bad about MoC in open chat at any time. If that member feels bad about certain things, he or she is encouraged to chat with one of the officers. If the issue can be resolved on a reasonable and friendly basis, it will be.
  • No MoC member will express his or her frustration via repeated chat spam in open forums including our own. If any officer notices such events, it will be brought up to the guild leader and appropriate actions will be taken.
  • A MoC guild member is not perceived as an individual but as a MoC guild representative. Your conduct will determine how people perceive our guild. So, you are encouraged to act in such manner.

FORUM USAGE

  • GC members are encouraged to actively participate in forums.

  • MoC site admin reserves the right to delete any topic, thread or post at any time without notice.

  • Usage of public and member forums must never include any offensive words. No exceptions.

  • No MoC member will spam the forums with meaningless one-line messages. Such activities will be observed and member will be warned by site administrators. If such behavior still continues, that member will lose website access.

OFFICERS

  • Number of officers in MoC will be increased on demand and, generally, on the basis of the following principles:
    • Dedication to the guild, members and officers
    • Leadership abilities
    • Attendance
    • Teamwork
  • When MoC leaders chooses an officer, the decision made can not be challenged and is unquestionable. If any member does not like the decision of the leader in appointing the new officer, you will have to accept the decision or leave the guild.
  • No MoC officer has the right to recruit or remove anyone from the guild on his or her own. Removal of guild members will be done by MoC guild leader only.
